Southern State Parkway to exit 41A North Sagtikos/Sunken Meadow Parkway, North- Left Hand Exit

Take the Sunken Meadow Parkway North to exit SM3A (Indian Head Road, Kings Park) at the end of the off ramp make a left at the traffic light onto Indian Head Road. Take Indian Head Road 3 Miles to the  intersection of Indian Head Road and Meadow Road. Clayton Funeral  Home will be on the right hand corner of this intersection.
